Weekly Limited Edition Cookies At Gideon’s Bakehouse During June

Your tastebuds are in for a treat at Gideon’s this month!


Gideon’s is known for their unique cookies and the month of June will be no different! Each week in the month of June, Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs will feature a limited-edition cookie.

The first week will feature the Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie. They upgrade their vanilla bean dough with homemade salted caramel and coconut cream. It’s topped with shaved toasted coconut.

Week 2 features the Mint Cookies & Cream Cookie that’s infused with mint flavor and topped with Andes Mint pieces. This cookie was last seen back in 2023. It is sure to be a hit with all the mint fans out there!

Week 3 is the Maple Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookie. It is Gideon’s chocolate chip cookie with a flavor bump from maple syrup and candied walnuts and topped with a special cinnamon nutmeg sugar. This one is sure to please those that are looking for a fall or breakfast flavor.

Finally, week 4 brings us the White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie. They take their "which chocolate macadamia nut cookie" and add salted caramel to give it an extra special layer of flavor. The cookie is also topped with a macadamia nut crumble.

 

You’ll want to grab one of Gideon’s famous cold brews to wash down these delicious sounding cookies. This month they are featuring the Cookies and Cream Nitro Cold Brew. Yum!
