Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has a hidden treat—ask nicely, and you can turn your Nitro Cold Brew into a float with a scoop of Kelly’s Homemade Malted Vanilla Ice Cream. While some favorites like the Carrot Cake Slices and Stuffed Guava Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies are temporarily unavailable due to a cream cheese issue, Gideon’s assures fans they’ll return soon.
