The Famous Kris Kringle and Krampus Desserts are back with few news ones too!
Is it really Christmas without Gideon’s legendary Kris Kringle and Krampus treats? Gideon’s Bakehouse is turning the cheer all the way up this month with two seasonal cookies, four decadent cakes, a minty cold brew, and a handful of limited-edition surprises.

Gideons Kris Kringle Cookie, Cookie Vom Krampud, and Krampus Cold Brew.
➊ Kris Kringle Cookie
A winter-wonderland blend of white chocolate and coffee beans, lifted with hints of coconut, caramel, and vanilla bean. The slight bitterness from the coffee keeps the sweetness beautifully balanced. Available through December 31st.
➋ Cookie Vom Krampus
A wickedly rich chocolate cookie chilled with cool mint and topped with Andes Mint pieces for a festive bite. Available now through December 31st.

➌ Krampus Cold Brew
Our cold brew takes a dark, refreshing turn with a velvety house-made chocolate-mint sauce. Exclusively at Gideon’s in Disney Springs through December 31st.

➍ NEW Hot Cocoa Cake
Ultra-soft chocolate cake layered with both Hot Chocolate Mix Buttercream and Marshmallow Buttercream, filled with mini and micro-mini marshmallows, and finished in a white chocolate ganache. Slices available Sundays.

➎ Kris Kringle Cake
Fluffy vanilla cake speckled with ground coffee, wrapped in a coconut-vanilla marshmallow buttercream, and ribboned with our signature salted caramel. Slices available Wednesdays & Saturdays.

➏ Cake Vom Krampus
A wildly indulgent red velvet cake paired with a cool mint-chocolate cream cheese frosting, an unexpectedly perfect duo. Slices available Wednesdays & Saturdays

➐ NEW Lemon Gingerbread Cake
Gingerbread cake layers stacked with lemon cream cheese buttercream, ginger snap crumbs, and bright lemon curd. Please keep this one chilled! Slices available Saturdays.
Orin the Littlest Elf is the star of our December menu! The menu runs now through December 31st, and you can collect a copy by visiting Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs.
