Gideon’s Bakehouse Reveals New Secret Menu Item at Disney Springs

A Scoop of Happiness and a Dash of Sadness at Gideon’s Bakehouse

Want to unlock a secret menu frozen treat you didn’t know existed at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs? If you politely ask, your Nitro Cold Brew can be transformed into a float. That’s right! Just add a scoop of Malted Vanilla Ice Cream from local favorite Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream for a dessert-drink mashup that’s not on the regular menu.

A rich iced coffee topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream served in a clear plastic cup with a black sleeve featuring a gold Gothic-style “G” logo with bat wings, placed on a dark wooden table beside ornate vintage books and a decorative lamp. It is the Nitro Cold Brew Float secret menu item at Gideon's in Disney Springs.

Unfortunately, there’s some sad news too: Gideon’s had to pull a few cream cheese items after receiving what they called some “suspect cream cheese” in a recent shipment. Items affected include the Carrot Cake Slices and the Stuffed Guava Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies. These items are temporarily unavailable but the Bakehouse assures us they will be back to normal next week.

On the bright side, while those treats are gone, there’s a fresh surprise! Gideon’s is offering a brand-new Chocolate Buttercream version of their “Steve Hates Sprinkles Cake” (featuring vanilla cake, rich chocolate buttercream, ganache & sprinkles) for a limited time.

If you could combine any cold brew flavor with ice cream at Gideon’s, what combo would you try first?
