Referred to as "An Edible Masterpiece," the Southern Cobb Salad at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' features smoked turkey that is surrounded by a variety of fresh veggies. Enjoy chopped bacon, avocado, cucumbers and roasted corn served with a splash of southern flair. Chef Art is also plating a new Bacon Wrapped Shrimp dish for guests. Served with a tangy remoulade, these bacon wrapped shrimp are tossed in a hot honey glaze.
