Gideon’s Bakehouse is tempting taste buds once again with a new “Secret Slice” — the Chocolate Mint Ice Cream Cake. This personal-sized indulgence features a luscious White Chocolate Mint Mousse layered over rich Flourless Chocolate Cake, topped with a silky Chocolate Ganache. The treat is crowned with Andes Mint pieces, then coated in a shimmering green mirror glaze, accented by a gold cocoa butter drizzle and a sprinkle of green sanding sugar for crunch.
