January’s Limited Edition Feature Flavor is Banana and yes, it’s so a-peeling.


Gideon’s Bakehouse is kicking off the New Year with devilishly delectable treats made with real banana, no artificial flavoring from a bottle allowed! These bold, comforting, slightly unhinged creations are here to help you survive the very first month of 2026…one indulgent sip/bite at a time.

New Banana Box Pie Cookie

This brand-new creation brings bunches of flavors together. Real banana, rich toffee, and Gideon’s secret blend of spices form the base, all crowned with white chocolate and crunchy candied vanilla wafers. A mischievous hint of brandy and rum sneaks in at the end to give you that little bit of a grown-up feeling.

Gideon’s legendary Nitro Cold Brew gets a banana-forward glow-up! Crafted with real banana (zero bottled syrups, zero shortcuts), this smooth and creamy sip is available exclusively at Gideon’s in Disney Springs throughout January.

New Banana Moonpie Cake Slices (Wednesdays & Saturdays only)

Childhood nostalgia but make it Gideon’s. Roasted banana cake layers are filled with graham cracker marshmallow buttercream, crispy vanilla wafer crumble, and mini marshmallows then crowned with half a mini Moonpie on every slice.

Limit 2 slices per person. While supplies last.
