The franchise announced the closure of all locations, including the shop in Disney Springs.
If your New Years resolution was to reduce your sugar intake, then that just got a bit easier at Disney Springs. Sprinkles Cupcakes has permanently closed it's doors nation wide. As of today, January 1st, 2026, there are no operating times listed for the Disney Springs location. Whether you loved their chocolatey confections or savored their red velvet treats, you'll have to look elsewhere at Disney Springs for your sweet tooth fix.
Rumors of financial troubles are circulating for the reason of the sudden closure, but there is no official word from the franchise. If you're at Disney Springs in coming days, consider stopping by Amorette's Patisserie, Gideon's Bakehouse, Chef Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC or Everglazed Donuts for something sweet.
