Pull Up A Barstool At The Territory Lounge

Rustic vibes bring the outside in to this cozy lodge-like bar.

Located in Disney's Wilderness Lodge, adjacent to Artist Point, Territory Lounge is perfect for cocktails, snacks, sweet and small plates. Walk on in after 4:00 p.m. for this cozy, friendly lounge. There is old-west-styled theming and details all around. The ceiling has a map design on it. Look closely; there is a hidden Mickey up there.

Be sure to look up at Territory Lounge to find the Hidden Mickey in the ceiling map

My first visit, I was unsure and sat at the bar. I had heard about a popcorn variety dish and wanted to try it.  Spicy, caramel, salted, truffle, and BBQ flavors; I opted to skip spicy for a double caramel. I also ordered a s’mores old-fashioned to go with it. All the flavors were fun, not overpowering, and leftovers were boxed for later. The s’mores old-fashioned was very delicious.

My second visit, I secured a tiny table along the wall. I opted for the Northwoods and smoked trout dip. Northwoods is whiskey, orange juice, and a rosemary syrup.  It's refreshing and enjoyable.  The smoked trout came with small bread biscuits, and I requested some extra crackers.  While the trout dip and bread were good, I found the dip heavy on the smoke flavorings.

My third visit, the s’mores old-fashioned called for me.  Again, I sat at a small table along the wall.  I opted for the charcuterie board to pair with my s’mores old-fashioned.  This board is big and loaded with various goodies.  A variety of meats, cheeses, grapes, honeycomb, crackers, baby dill pickles, and cauliflower filled this board.  I also had a Northwoods minus the whiskey.

This cozy little lounge does get busy as the evening goes on.  The staff was friendly and fun. I happened to be staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Territory Lounge was a convenient spot to pop into. The variety of food, the drinks and the friendly staff made this a fantastic spot to frequent while staying at the resort.

Drink menu featuring cocktails: Orchard’s Bounty, L&C G&T, Orange-spiced Sangria, The Northwoods, S'more Old Fashioned. Prices included.

Wow! They’ve changed the charcuterie since I was there. It used to be bigger. Even so, I love this lounge.
