New Plates Added To Disney Springs Restaurant Menus

The flavors of summer are popping up on The Edison, Maria & Enzo's, Enzo's Hideaway, and Pizza Ponte.


As the season changes from Spring to Summer, so are several menus at Disney Springs restaurants. For those booking reservations at The Edison, Maria & Enzo’s, Enzo’s Hideaway, and Pizza Ponte this summer, be sure to check out the bright new flavors delighting guest.

Pizza is great anytime of year, and Pizza Ponte is slicing up new sweet finds for summer. Joining this Italian pizzeria's menu is Il Gladiator, tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto cotto, Italian sausage and pepperoni all stacked on one slice of pizza. Get your pizza and dessert all in one spot with the addition of the Cannoli Trio, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Tiramisu additions to the Pizza Ponte menu this summer.



Maria and Enzo have been busy updating their Maria & Enzo's Ristorante and Enzo's Hideaway menus for summer in Disney Springs. Both locations will be adding to their menu's a revamped Burrata Caprese and the new Salumi E Formaggi and Salmone Alla Griglia. Dessert is on the menu with Maria and Enzo's new Coppa Di Maria sundae and Torta All'olio Di Limone. Exclsuive to Marias & Enzo's is the Rosette Di Lasagna Per La Tavola.



The industrial kitchen at The Edison is turning out revolutionary new summer plates for their menu, including:


  • Pulled Pork Hand Pies: A hand-held snack with melty cheddar and cilantro-garlic aioli.

  • MD Style Blue Crab Dip: An Old Bay-seasoned dip paired with warm naan.

  • Deviled Eggs (Two Ways): Traditional Deviled Eggs with bacon and crispy potato cake for $15. Upgrade your eggs to the Angeled Eggs with caviar for $99.

  • Circuit Board: Snack on a charcuterie with biscuits, country ham, hatch pepper cheese, and Whistle Pig barrel-aged maple butter.

  • Chicken & Waffles: Buttermilk-fried chicken with cherry pepper maple syrup for a sweet-and-spicy combo.

  • St. Louis Ribs: Apple-braised and dripping with Carolina gold sauce.

  • Mikey’s Bag-a-Donuts: Warm, sugary doughnuts with Nutella and raspberry for dipping.
