May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and Disney Springs is celebrating through something everyone can enjoy - food!

This month, several locations throughout Disney Springs are offering limited-time dishes and drinks inspired by the unique flavors of the continent’s diverse cultures. Whether you’re in the mood for something savory, sweet or spiked, their A World of Voices event has something special for everyone to discover.
Here are some can’t-miss highlights:
• Amorette’s Patisserie: Try the elegant Lychee Mousse featuring a brown sugar-coconut filling inside a delicate white chocolate shell.

• The Ganachery: Savor the Mango Lassi Ganache Square, blending mango, yogurt and cardamom in rich dark chocolate.

• YeSake Kiosk: Enjoy a fresh Tokyo Sushi Combo with California rolls and Nigiri.
• The Polite Pig: Indulge in a flavorful Korean Style Pork Belly Bulgogi served with jasmine rice and bok choy, or satisfy your sweet tooth with the Toasted Coconut Cheesecake. The HaleKulani, fusing bourbon, pineapple and orange juice, is a unique way to wash it all down.
