Meet the Jolly Man Behind the Beard Near Pin Traders in the Marketplace


Gather your festive spirit! From November 13 through December 24, 2025, guests visiting Disney Springs can pop in to meet Santa Claus in the Marketplace area near Disney’s Pin Traders.


This free to access meet and greet can be accessed through a virtual-queue system so you spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the holiday ambiance.

What to Know & How to Plan

  • Use the My Disney Experience app to join the virtual queue once you’ve arrived onsite. One member of your party (up to 10 people) initiates the request, then you’ll receive a push notification when it’s your turn.

  • Queue drop-times are scheduled multiple times per day (e.g., 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 6 p.m.—though times may vary).

  • While you wait for your notification, explore all the holiday touches around Disney Springs: snowfall in Town Center, letter-writing at Once Upon a Toy, tree strolls, festive treats and more.
