Flavors of Florida returns to Disney Springs!

Get ready to book your ADRs so you don't miss the Flavors of Florida returning to Disney Springs June 27th through August 10th. With more than 90 menu items from over 45 Disney Springs locations, this is sure to be a great selection of inspired Floridian dishes. While we wait for the official event foodie guide to drop, here is what we do know about the coming featured event at Disney Springs.

Feel like you've stepped onto the stage of a cooking show with live cooking demonstrations from Disney Springs chefs. On select Fridays, some of the talented chefs from Disney Springs restaurants will dazzle fans as they demonstrate their skills for crafting their Flavors of Florida menu. These cooking demos will require guests to register for their spot, but the demonstrations are free! We look forward to Disney Parks Blog announcing the chef lineup and demo dates.

A select set of Disney Springs restaurants will host pairing events for those looking to grab a meal and perfectly paired drink. Returning to the Flavors of Florida are their pairing events where diners can learn from the Disney Springs culinary team members the tricks to creating perfectly paired food and drink menus. Registration will be required for the pairing events and there will be costs associated with the events.

The Polite Pig is adding even more fun to Flavors of Florida by presenting the Discover the Springs seek and find. Pick up your free Flavors of Florida event guide to help you traverse the more than 1,200 acres of Disney Springs so you don't miss a thing! Turn in your completed map for a special prize at The Polite Pig.



While we anticipate the full foodie guide release for the 2025 Flavors of Florida, we do have a sneak peak into some returning event plates. Including:


  • The St. Augustine Datil Pepper Fritas at The Daily Poutine. This is crispy pork plated with datil pepper sauce and Florida hearts of palm slaw. Is drizzled with a Sunshine Stroll Orange Pilsner beer cheese.


  • Returning to Swirls on the Water is the Orange Bird Cone! Enjoy DOLE Whip Orange on an orange cone that's topped with sprinkles and a chocolate piece.
