Pirates of the Caribbean–inspired lounge debuts in Adventureland with immersive décor, themed drinks, and a shareable menu
Disney has officially announced that The Beak & Barrel pirate‑themed pub will open in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom on August 29, 2025, offering guests of all ages a swashbuckling new experience right next to the iconic Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. The immersive pub features rooms like The Mess, a communal tavern with a skull‑shaped shipwreck bar, and the Captain’s Quarters, complete with bottles containing miniature ship scenes that come alive at times.
Inside, you’ll find themed small bites and tropical beverages, including the non‑alcoholic Treasure Trove and Cursed Treasure, alongside snacks like cake, popcorn, and pirates‑gold cookies.
Adult guests will enjoy cocktails such as the purple Salty Seas mARRRgarita, the blue Siren’s Whisper, bourbon‑based Barrels Ablaze, rum‑rich Plunderer’s Punch (served in a souvenir skull mug), and more. Menu also includes unique dishes like Kraken’s Catch octopus salad and Island Provisions shareable dips with plantain and tortilla chips.
Reservations open on August 14th via the My Disney Experience app or Walt Disney World website—early booking is highly recommended due to limited space and expectations of high demand. A two-drink limit per guest and 45‑minute visit policy will help manage capacity and keep the experience flowing for all fellow pirates.
Which brew or bite from The Beak and Barrel would you raise a toast to first?
