Avast ye land lubbers! We’ve got more details about the upcoming Pirate of the Caribbean Tavern coming to the Magic Kingdom

Disney has just dropped some exciting details about the new Pirates themed tavern coming to the Magic Kingdom! The Beak and Barrel, the official name, will be in Adventureland just outside of the famous ride.
Captain Meridian “Merry” Goldwyn, proprietor of this establishment will be joined by her sidekick Rummy, the tavern’s quartermaster. Rummy will be keeping an eye on the bar and its patrons while sharing tales from his days of piracy and leading rousing toasts.

The bar will be divided into two different sections, The Mess and Captains’ Quarters. Guest enjoying The Mess will experience the rowdiness and noise that only true pirates can bring. While taking in the expansive bar be sure to look for the Enchanted Rum bottle, rumored to be enchanted by Tia Dalma (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest) which serves as the source of the tavern’s specialty drinks.

Those seated in the Captains’ Quarters can enjoy a bit of a refined environment with fine artwork and drapery that has lived to tell the tales. Be sure to take a closer look at the five miniature ships in glass bottles, as they are rumored to come alive.
Similar to Oga's Cantina at Hollywood Studios, this tavern will have a 45 minute time limit so that all guests may get to enjoy the experience.
Will you be stopping by The Beak and Barrel tavern on your Magic Kingdom day?

Oooh! Looks like an opportunity for adult drinks without a sit down meal at MK. Love the name too.
