A Short Under The Sea Refurbishment At Disney's Magic Kingdom

Journey of the Little Mermaid fans will see a brief July closer for this attraction.


Journey of the Little Mermaid takes Magic Kingdom goers under the sea with Arial and friends. Disney has announced this part of our world attraction will close for routine maintenance July 21st - July 26th, 2025.

Parks guests can still enjoy Little Mermaid experiences throughout Walt Disney World. Meet Ariel at her grotto in Fantasyland or at Walt Disney Presents in the Animation Courtyard at Hollywood Studios. Opening on May 27th, The Little Mermaid: A Musical Adventure show will have the audience singing along to favorite tunes from this classic Disney adventure. Times for this Hollywood Studios show can be found on the My Disney Experience App.
