Created by their Pastry Research and Development Lead, Marla Merrill has a perfect mix of flavor spicing up each of the coming weekends in March. The Spiced Peach Almond Galette is a flaky pie dough that's filled with cinnamon almond cream, spiced peaches, and topped with an oat crumble. You can order this pastry treat A la Mode and enjoy a scoop of vanilla ice cream with it.
Inspired by her memories of summers spent in upstate New York, Marla is brining that abundance of fresh fruit flavors from the local farms to your plate. The Spiced Peach Almond Galette is available while supplies last each weekend and is limited to two per person.
