There are 35 Global Kitchens at the 2025 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, but the Walt Disney culinary team has two more food booths for festival fans! Opening in World Discovery, Coastal Eats and Gyozas of the Galaxy opened on September 28th and will remain part of the festival through November 22nd.

Located near Creations Shop, Coastal Eats brings fresh, delicious sea food to the Food & Wine Festival. Returning to the festival, Coast Eats will have the Boyd & Blair Pomegranate Codder cocktail and the Lump Crab Cake with it's Cajun-spiced vinegar slaw and rémoulade. There are three new menu items at Coastal Eats, including:

  • Peruvian Ceviche: Mahi mahi, shrimp, sweet potato, chulpe, choclo, and leche de tigre.

  • Seaside Pot Pie: Shrimp, scallops, crawfish tails, and lobster bisque topped with a fluffy puff pastry.

  • Riley's Lookout Sauvignon Blanc

While Coastal Eats is a returning Global Kitchen, Gyozas of the Galaxy is a brand new booth for the International Food & Wine Festival. This booth seems like the perfect spot for handheld delights as the menu includes three dumpling flavors:

  • Street Corn-style Dumplings: It's a chicken dumpling with tomatillo salsa verde, cotija cheese, lime crema, cilantro, and a street corn salad.

  • French Onion Soup-style Dumplings: Have a pork and beef soup dumpling with caramelized onions, sherry-beef broth, onions, and gruyere soubise, parmesan cracker, and micro chives.

  • Buffalo-style Dumplings: These buffalo chicken dumplings include a celery root puree, blue cheese cream, crumbled blue cheese, shaved carrot, and micro celery.

  • The Pineapple Colada and Willamette Valley Vineyards Pinot Gris are the two beverages offered at this Global Kitchen.
