Could this be the official end of this mostly unused area in Magic Kingdom?

Tortuga Tavern has seen many different uses over the last few years, but nothing that has held solidly in the space since before 2024. Tortuga Tavern is mostly known as a quick service restaurant in Adventureland across from Pirates of the Caribbean, that would occasionally serve specialty items in addition to their menu. Tortuga Tavern has not operated regularly for food since prior to 2024. The area was briefly used for merchandise as the Tortuga Treasures gift shop when the Pirates of the Caribbean gift shop was under renovations.

While Tortuga Tavern does still show on the Walt Disney World Resort website and the My Disney Experience app, it has been reported that it has been removed from the paper park maps that you can pick up in the parks. The restaurant does show “closed” when you search for the location on the app or the website, but Disney has not made any official announcements on permanent closures.

Did you ever get to eat here whether it was regular menu or specialty items?
