Updated: Dec 6, 2024

Wailulu Bar & Grill At The New Polynesian Tower Menu Revealed

Disney Eats has just dropped a preview of what will be on the menu and the soon to be open Wailulu Bar & Grill at Disney’s newest resort tower The Island Tower at the Polynesian. The bar and grill celebrates the flavors of Polynesian with flavors from the Pacific Islands, Easter Island, New Zealand, Fiji, and Guam.

Some of the yummy highlights include Sweet Potato Hummus with Breadfruit Tostones, Spiced Ham Musubi, and a chocolate cake with essence of the delicious Kona coffee. Some of the new featured cocktails include the Pandan Gin Gin Mule, Passionfruit and Pineapple Daiquiri, and the Hibiscus Iced Tea and Yuzu Oolong Tea Lemonade.

I’m a big sucker for a Poke bowl and the feature one includes sushi-style rice, pickled cucumbers, vegetables, spicy poke sauce, and macadamia nuts with your choice of ahi tuna, grilled teriyaki chicken, or grilled tofu.

If you’ve ever wanted to taste Spam, you’ll want to try the Spiced Ham Musubi with glazed spam seasoned with traditional furikake and served with crispy rice pearls.

For those less adventurous individuals you can grab the Wayfinder Burger with that comes with two beef patties, American cheese, onion jam, volcano sauce, and a sweet bun served with mac salad or sweet potato fries.

And what would the meal be without some fantastic desserts. You’ll want to try the Dole Whip Sundae with hibiscus meringue and passion fruit crispies and decorated with edible flowers and fruit. The chocolate cake looks to die for with it’s salted caramel ganache and Chantilly cream infused with the essence of Kona coffee.
