Refillable Mugs Discontinued At Typhoon Lagoon

The disappearance of refillable mugs was not a re-opening day change we saw coming.

Tropical-themed snack bar "Lowtide Lou's" at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon with colorful drink dispensers, surrounded by lush greenery and nautical decor. Relaxing vibe. On the right side of the photo is a refillable mug station.

Changes are afoot at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon today! Guests wishing to purchase a refillable mug will find they’ve been discontinued. All refillable drink stations have been either covered up or removed entirely. We’re not sure why Disney has made the sudden change, but we know guests will surely miss this affordable way to keep hydrated while spending their day at the water park.

Did you use the refillable mug on your water park days at Walt Disney World?

I have used them before, but they are a bit of a pain to carry around and unless you're there all day, which I am rarely am, you don't get great value from them. So this will definitely get me on the cocktails instead now!
