For just $8.00 you can get your hands on the bright and colorful Coco Éclair. The description on Amorette’s Patisserie menu for this treat reads: Pâte à Choux filled with Vanilla Almond Mousse. Other reviews on the snack have claimed that it has a strong pistachio and almond flavor.
