Gideon's Bakehouse February Menu Celebrates the Flavors of Love

Eternal Flame Cookie

If you have not tried Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs, now is the time. Gideon’s Bakehouse is celebrating Valentine's day with some spicy returning creations.

Up first is the Eternal Flame Cookie. The official description is : "Our Velvety Chocolate Cookie is laced with our special house-made Ancho, Cayenne, and Cinnamon Spice Mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries. It’s a deep chocolate flavor followed by the tingling warmth of a first kiss and the sweet presence of cherries. The one you’ve been waiting for your entire life is here, and it loves you without condition, eternally."

The Bakehouse will also have The Eternal Flame Cake. Each Sunday and Thursday, you'll find this being sold by the slice. At Disney Springs on a Wednesday or Saturday, then you're in luck! The Strawberry Cream Cake will be available by the slice while supplies last.

White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie

The Eternal Flame Cookie and Cake are not the only flavors finding their way to Gideon's Bakehouse. The White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cookie is the perfect treat for your Valentine. It's a homemade Salted Caramel infused Cookie. That caramel bakes into the cookie for an bust of flavor. This cookie is coated with a bold Macadamia Nut Crumble.

Of course, a trip to Gideon's Bakehouse would not be complete without a cup of cold brew. Returning this month is the Fire & Iced Coffee. Sip on a Mocha Nitro Cold Brew with a hint of heat.
