Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe Summer Menu

A combination of new entrees and a returning favorites are here for the summer at this Magic Kingdom quick service location

Over at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom, the menu has received an update for the summer with some new mouth-watering flavors. These new summer menu items are sure to be a seasonal hit!

Truffle-French Onion Burger - $14.99 – this replaces the Triple-B burger which is no longer available. This top of the price range burger, is described as an Angus Beef Patty with Braised Beef-Caramelized Onion Confit, Swiss Cheese, Parmesan, Crispy Onions, and Black Garlic-Truffle Aїoli served with French Fries 

Hand-dipped Fried Chicken Sandwich – $13.19 – appearing in place of Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich. This is described as a Chicken Breast with Honey Mustard Sauce and Pickles on a Brioche Bun served with French Fries.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich – $13.19 – this now has updated toppings, with Swiss Cheese, bacon and Garlic Aїoli replacing the citrus-soy mayonnaise and mango-cucumber slaw.

Patty Melt – $13.49 – this makes a re-appearance following its removal a while ago. This plant-based burger is described as follows: Impossible Burger topped with Plant-based Cheddar, Grilled Onions, and Asteroid Sauce on Thick-cut Toast served with French Fries

Classic Ranch Salad – $9.99 – this replaces the Greek Salad option. The new Classic Ranch Salad is described as a salad made up of Mixed Greens with Tomato, Cucumber, Croutons, Shredded Monterey Jack, and House-made Ranch Dressing
