Bourbon Steak Orlando is now officially open at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. They held their grand opening on July 26th. Guest can enjoy an upscale dining experience focused on service and quality.  


At the helm is Chef Michael Mina, known for his ability to honor culinary tradition while daring to reinvent it, he is the force behind the a distinguished collection of over 30 chef-driven restaurants spanning the United States. His portfolio includes acclaimed concepts such as Pabu, Sorelle, Mina’s Fish House, The Bungalow Kitchen, and of course, Bourbon Steak. Mina’s accolades include multiple James Beard Awards, Michelin stars, and a place on Robb Report’s list of the “50 Most Powerful People in American Fine Dining.”


Led by talented Senior Sous Chef Jonathan Hill, Bourbon Steak will feature a world class menu with delectable signature dishes.
