Bourbon Steak, the acclaimed modern American steakhouse by James Beard and Michelin-recognized Chef Michael Mina, is set to open at the Walt Disney World Dolphin, taking over the space formerly occupied by Shula’s Steakhouse, which is now closed. The restaurant officially opens for dinner on Saturday, July 26, with service hours from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
