Brunch is on Friday (July 4th) through Sunday (July 6th) and it's recommended that you make a reservation at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' for the holiday weekend. The Rise and Shine Brunch menu is a perfect balance of savory and sweet. The Blueberry Buckle features a house made blueberry coffee cake that is topped with a vanilla glaze and then garnished with fresh berries and mint. Keep the fruit flavors going by pairing it with the Britton Peach Tea or Strawberry Lemonade cocktails. Order up a plate of Homecomin' Hash and enjoy two sunny side up eggs that are layered over a hash that contains fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, chopped bacon, sauteed red peppers and onions. It's paired with potato gratin mash and a cheddar drop biscuit. There is also a Vegan Hash option with fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, sauteed red peppers and onions with the addition of green peppers and zucchini.
