Themes Announced for the 2026 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend



runDisney have just announced the themes for the 2026 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. The race weekend will take place at Walt Disney World between January 7th and 11th 2026. Registration for the popular event will start on March 4th 2025 for Club runDisney members and March 11th for general registration.

The 5K race will have a Pluto theme!

The 10K race will have a Chip and Dale theme!

Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge which will see participants complete both a half marathon and a full marathon! Of course it's themed for Goofy.

The Dopey Challenge! This challenge will participants take part in all events over the weekend! This is a 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon!
