Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has once again secured its prestigious MICHELIN Star for 2025, reaffirming its status as the only restaurant owned and operated by a U.S. theme park to hold this honor. 


This culinary haven offers a multi-course dining experience that melds timeless traditions with modern artistry. Chef de Cuisine Matthew Sowers emphasizes the importance of premium, sustainable ingredients, sourcing delicacies like the elusive Glacier 51 Toothfish from the Arctic depths. The menu is a tapestry of global flavors, with dishes inspired by the diverse backgrounds of the culinary team.
