Say "Goodbye" to 2025 with a special New Year's Eve event at the Contemporary Resort


California Grill is set to dazzle guests with an unforgettable experience for bringing in the new year. Guests will experience a 4-course meal, music, photos with characters, fireworks and a champagne toast for guests 21 and over. Be sure to book your reservations sooner than later, as this is sure to be a popular experience.

The culinary team at California Grill has an exceptional menu to celebrate New Year's and the location's 30th anniversary. Menu highlights include:


  • Course 1: American Wagyu Futomaki Roll

  • Course 2 - Market Inspirations: BBQ European Quail, Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli, Norwegian Brown King Crab and Sweet Potato & Nantucket Scallop Bisque.

  • Course 3 - Chef's Creations: 30-Day Dry-Age Snake River Farms Wagyu Filet, Berkshire Pork Tenderloin, Butter Poached Main Lobster, Truffled Poulet Rouge, and Glacier 51 Toothfish Mosaic.


  • Course 4 - Sweet Creations: Celebration of Citrus, Chocolate Blossom, Blueberry-Goat Cheese Cheesecake and Muscovado Brown Sugar Creme Brulee.


This New Year's Eve celebration does come at a price. Experience this menu on December 30th and early seating on December 31st for $229 per person. Late Seating on the 31st will cost $349 per person.
