Surprising Changes in Adventureland
Exciting news from Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland! The seasonally operated Tortuga Tavern quick-service restaurant has been renamed Tortuga Treasures and is now a temporary gift shop. With construction underway at the Plaza del Sol Caribe Bazaar, some merchandise has been relocated here.
A construction permit for the Pirates of the Caribbean area, valid until August 31, 2025, suggests possible preparations for the previously announced Pirates of the Caribbean-themed lounge. Disney hinted that this new experience will feature the return of the Barker Bird animatronic.
