Peter Pan's Flight Reopens at Magic Kingdom
There have been several refurbishments across Walt Disney World recently that have caused beloved attractions to be closed while cast members work on enhancing the magic. The most recent one to reopen is Peter Pan Flight in Magic Kingdom. This is great, and a little unexpected, news as it was scheduled to reopen later this month.
Located in the Fantasyland area of the park, the ride enables you to join Peter Pan as he takes flight across London and beyond. One of the scenes that you see from above during the adventure has been changed during the refurbishment.
In the update, Tiger Lilly can now be seen dancing with an older member of her tribe. Three other tribe members sit to their right with three tipis behind them. The designs on the tipis depict a turtle, a paw print and the Second Star to the Right. The tipis which can be found in the loading area have been repainted to match the tipis found in the updated scene.
