Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter has officially wrapped up a stunning room refurbishment that blends bayou charm with Big Easy flair. With over 1,000 refreshed rooms, guests will find colorful new designs inspired by New Orleans’ rich culture—complete with Mardi Gras nods and favorite characters from The Princess and the Frog. Sleep peacefully with Princess Tiana’s tiara delicately perched above the beds, vibrant jazz instruments in the artwork, and Charlotte La Bouff dressed to the nines for carnival season. Mosaic patterns and rich textures compliment each room, channelling the music and beauty of New Orleans.

And the updates don't stop there! The resort’s Doubloon Lagoon pool area and Mardi Grogs pool bar also received a refresh. Guests can now sip their poolside cocktails surrounded by elegant black-and-white tiles, breezy wrought iron accents, and serene blues—capturing the essence of a relaxed New Orleans courtyard. Whether you’re strolling through the pastel-lined pathways or catching some sun by the pool, these renovations deliver a refreshed and magical experience worthy of Tiana herself.
