Reopening in April, 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will feature new menu offerings like Tiana's Gumbo in addition to previous favorites including the Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup.
1900 Park Fare is making everyone's wishes come true as Disney has announced several menu offerings and new details about the resort dining staple's upcoming reopening. The menu and character visits have a theme in common: they're inspired by wishes and wishmakers!

This dining option will be a delicious all-you-care-to-enjoy breakfast or dinner. Breakfast offerings will include Eggs Benedict, while the dinner menu features new items like Tiana's Gumbo.

There will be multiple other new offerings such as the So Many Wishes drink, in addition to the return of the Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup and the carving station.

Of course, we can't forget the character encounters! Both classic and modern Disney characters will be making appearances. Anticipated encounters include Aladdin, Encanto's Mirabel, Princess Tiana, and Cinderella.
1900 Park Fare will reopen on April 10th, with dining reservations becoming available starting March 5, 2024.
