Garden View Lounge Tea Experience Reopening

The long wait is over, the Garden View Lounge - Tea Experience is reopening at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa on March 19th. Starting on February 19th, you can start making your Tea Experience reservation. Get ready to dive down the rabbit hole with an Alice in Wonderland themed experience filled with whimsical drinks and delicate finger foods.

Garden View Lounge Tea Experience - Orange-Cranberry Scone

With the menu, you'll be curiouser and curiouser with all the new finds. For your perfect teatime experience, you'll start with the Orange-Cranberry Scone paired with traditional assortments to savor. You'll then dive into your beautifully crafted tea tower of treats! On your tea tower, enjoy:

Garden View Lounge - Tea Experience Tea Tower

  • Caterpillar Cucumber Roll (Savory): Butterfly pea-infused cream cheese and cucumbers on pumpernickel.

  • Curried Chicken Salad Playing Card Tart (Savory): Curried chicken salad filling topped with a cherry gelee.

  • Flamingo Croquet Choux (Sweet): A croquet will with passion fruit cream and a raspberry crunch.

  • Footman's Feast (Savory): Wonderland salmon crips with salmon rillette on a miso brown butter crisp.

  • Matcha Mad Hatter (Sweet): A sponge cake with apricot jam and yuzu buttercream.

  • Painting the Rose (Sweet): Early Grey-flavored teacakes painted tableside.

  • Tea Party Tart (Sweet): A vanilla tart with coffee custard and a Chantilly cream.

  • Tweedledee Egg Salad Sandwich (Savory): An egg salad on beet bread.



You can add to your teatime experience by ordering from the enhancements menu. This will include the Seasonal Cheese Selection and Royal Osetra Caviar.

Garden View Lounge Tea Experience - Twinings Tea

As you indulge in the tea tower of treats, sip on carefully crafted beverages at Garden View Lounge. It's no surprise that the team has been working with Twinings to hand-select premium tea blends to offer a tasty experience for everyone. The hand-selected premium teas include London Strand Breakfast, Spicy Chai, Orangery of Lady Grey, Nutty Chocolate Flavoured Assam and Blackcurrant and Lavender loose leaf tea.



Along with the Twinings tea blends, indulge in the signature tea-based cocktails. First, try the Mint Tulip that features Old Forester 1870 Original Batch Kentucky Straight Whiskey, Twinings Refreshers Peach Mango Tea Instant Beverage, and mint. Or, order the Mar-TEA-ni with Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, Twinings Earl Grey Tea, lemon, and honey. For those looking for a mocktail option, there is the Curiosi-TEA and This Way, This Way option.
