Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire paused for a few days

Refurbishment work has begun on the forecourt stage of Cinderella Castle. This upcoming work has caused performances of Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire to currently be paused.

At the moment, there is little sign of any work taking place and nothing visible from the surrounding walkways. Signs at the stage are showing “No Showtimes Today”.  To the east of the stage it appears some work is being carried out in one of the technical booths.

The floor of the stage appears to be intact but is showing signs of wear and tear. The floor was completely replaced during the 3-week refurbishment last summer.

At the time of writing, performances of Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire are scheduled to recommence on Monday, the 19th May with performances scheduled for 10:00am, 11:10am and 12:45pm. This, however, could be subject to change.

Will you be stopping at Cinderella’s Castle to watch the show when it recommences?
