New bread service options are enhancing menus across the parks.
The Walt Disney World Culinary Team has a fantastic set of bakers elevating your bread basket options at table service locations. New offerings are hitting park menus and across Walt Disney World Resorts.
Currently there are two new bread offerings in the parks. Coral Reef Restaurant (EPCOT) is bringing bright new flavors with the Pineapple-Coconut Bread and Plantain Chips. Enjoy dipping your bread in mango salsa, avocado, and bean hummus. Just off Main Street U.S.A. at The Plaza Restaurant, a Crab and Cheddar Dip is being served with warmed mini soft pretzels.
For the Walt Disney World Resorts, several locations are seeing new bread service menu items joining their already flavorful collection of plates. You'll see dough rising at:
Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Disney's Wilderness Lodge: Try the new Jumbo Artisanal Soft Pretzel with beer cheese sauce and mustard aioli.
Grand Floridian Cafe at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa: Fill-up on the House-made Plantain Rolls served with mango curry jam, sweet plantain butter, and aji Amarillo cheese dip.
Trattoria al Forno at Disney's BoardWalk: Served with whipped ricotta and brick oven tomato jam, pesto di limone, and Sicilian olive oil, the Pull-apart Garlic Pane Rustico is a perfect start to any meal.
The Turf Club Bar and Grill at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa: Savor the Turf Club Butter Board with house-made roasted garlic compound butter, confit tomato compote, crispy garlic, summer herb pistou and garnishes fresh from The Land Pavilion at EPCOT.
As you refuel for busy park days, which new bread-service menu item is on your "must try" list?
