Big Expansion Coming To Swan & Dolphin Hotels At Walt Disney World

Swan & Dolphin will soon be undergoing the biggest renovation and expansion in its history

We’ve just heard that the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin will soon be going under renovations and a large expansion. The entire project is projected to cost upwards of $275 million over the next several years. The project also includes upgrades to existing meeting spaces and guest rooms.

The biggest expansion will be the new two-story annex that will hold 41,000 square feet of multi-purpose space, 24,000 square feet of pre-function space; and on the second floor 41,000 square foot ballroom with 14,000 square feet of pre-function space.

Guests entering the space will experience an airy, open atrium, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a winding staircase, and two-story chandelier. The expansion kicks off in November and has a slated summer 2026 completion date.
