Grab your best friend and get ready for a sidekick inspired runDisney race series!

Join us at the runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend from April 16th - 20th, 2026 at Walt Disney World. Lace-up your Disney Brooks and grab your running buddy to complete the Springtime Surprise 5k, 10k, or 10-Miler. Looking for the perfect friend themed adventure, take on the Challenge and complete all three races for a total of 19.3 miles. Along the way, grab photos with unique and rare character meet-and-greets along the course.
For 5k and 10k runners, participants can enjoy races themed for two dynamic duos. Race through the Walt Disney World on a "hare"-raising adventure with Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. This clever bunny and sly fox will have 3.1 miles of course for runners. The wonderful thing about runDisney, is there isn't only one option. There is a bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy, fun fun fun fun fun 10k for runDisney Springtime participants. Join Pooh, and Tigger too, for 6.2 miles that will hopefully be as sweet as honey for racers.
Looking for a core memory moment? Then join Joy and Sadness for the 10-Miler. Have no fear, this course is sure to be a fun adventure for participants looking to have a unique Walt Disney World experience. Finish all three race course and your wish for another medal is runDisney's command. Receive a fourth Challenge medal featuring Aladdin and Genie when you complete the runDisney Springtime Surprise Challenge.

Get loose before the 10-Miler race with runDisney Yoga. Before you set off to go the distance, gather with your ohana for the Lilo and Stitch inspired morning yoga session. There's no place racers would rather be than at Disney's Hollywood Studios for a morning stretch.
