Frontierland transports you to the American Frontier with a captivating re-creation set in the Southwest, spanning the 1770s to the 1880s. Here, you'll discover Wild West saloons, the 'wildest ride in the wilderness,' a banjo-strumming group of bears, and even the chance to venture down the Bayou.
Attractions
Make sure you don't come a cropper while exploring the attractions in Frontierland! Big Thunder Mountain Railroad will have you twisting and turning through an old mining cavern, while the newly reimagined Tiana's Bayou Adventure will send you careening over the edge of a waterfall. But don't worry—those who prefer a slower pace can head over to Tom Sawyer's Island to enjoy the tranquillity at the heart of the Rivers of America.


Shows & Entertainment
The place to be for entertainment in Frontierland is Grizzly Hall! Here, you'll find the Country Bear Musical Jamboree, where the Country Bears have been delighting guests with their countryfied show for over 50 years. Frontierland is also the starting point for the Festival of Fantasy parade, so you can get some great viewing spots around these parts.
Dining & Snacks
Wandering through the American frontier can definitely build up an appetite, and Frontierland offers a trio of quick-service restaurants to satisfy your cravings. Check out Golden Oak Outpost and Westward Ho! for treats like chicken strips and corn dog nuggets. Or, if you're in the mood for something with a little more spice, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café serves up fajitas and nachos.


Shopping
If pin trading is your thing, then shopping in Frontierland is for you! At Frontier Trading Post, you'll find the largest selection of pins in Magic Kingdom. Shield yourself from the sun with headwear from Big Al's, and check out the latest attraction-themed merchandise at Critter Co-Op and Tiana's Bayou General.

Characters
You won’t find any permanent character meet-and-greet locations in Frontierland, but it’s a great place to spot wandering performers. Those singing and dancing Country Bears often come out to greet their fans. If you're really lucky, you might catch the infamous hoedown featuring Chip 'n' Dale, Goofy, and Clarabelle.
